Return and Refund Policy

At Legendary Robotics Academy, we are committed to providing exceptional STEM learning experiences through both our in-person programs and digital courses. We understand that life happens, and we aim to handle all refund and cancellation requests with fairness and professionalism.

Cancellations & Refunds:

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 30 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a 100% refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
   
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund.
   
• No Refund: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start date are non-refundable, as resources and materials have already been allocated.
   

Program Transfers:
If you’d like to transfer your registration to a different session or camper, please contact us at sales@legendaryroboticsacademy.com. Transfers are subject to availability.

Missed Days:
We do not offer refunds or prorated pricing for missed camp days due to illness, travel, or other conflicts. However, we’ll do our best to provide take-home materials when applicable.

Refund Eligibility:
Due to the digital nature of our courses, refunds are only available if:

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and
   
• You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
   

Non-Refundable Items:

• Downloadable resources and bonus content
   
• Course bundles that include mailed physical products
   

If you’re unsure whether a course is right for your learner, feel free to reach out before purchase—we’re happy to help guide you.

Please email your request to sales@legendaryroboticsacademy.com with your full name, order number (if applicable), and reason for the refund. Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.

Legendary Robotics Academy reserves the right to make changes to this policy at any time. Refunds issued will be returned via the original method of payment.
